Shipping Methods
We ship to most locations. Available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

International Shipping
We currently ship to all countries within Europe. We are excited to announce that we are working on expanding our shipping options and will soon offer worldwide delivery! Stay tuned for updates.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address during checkout.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
Return and Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges on candles due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will provide a solution.
